(118 reviews) Positives: Staff on the reception desk were friendly and efficient. The room was clean. Perfect location - central and convenient Negatives: there is no soundproofing in room 107 - facing a road that is noisy all hours of the night and the commotion bleeds into the room. Also next to a lift so heard guests coming and going throughout the night. There was a room next to 100 where the guests were having a party and smoking and the smells and noise travelled down the corridors. I had to ask them to stop. The room was tiny - we were upgraded to the room so I have no idea what size the original one was.
