"Glad for luggage check in option. Sheet had stain on it and needed to be replaced. Hard time getting prompt resolve on this. It is probably a UK thing, since none of the other hotels we stayed at had washcloths either, just an FYI. Breakfast was good, tons of options. Overall decent place to stay. Close to restaurants, the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London castle all in very short walking distance. "

"Love the location and staff at this hotel. I stay here every time I am in London. However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer. Other than that, I would recommend it."
