Everything was top class from the welcome we received, the helpfulness of all the staff and the luxury and cleanliness of the rooms. So convenient to Shepherd's Bush tube station too. Very competitively priced. Will definitely stay here again when in London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A wonderfully restful experience with unique charm and great water pressure, lovely bed and great AC. The food downstairs is world class and service was impeccable. Very friendly staff and lovely room. Would definitely stay time and time again. Fully recommend!

Amazing stay! The host team was very helpful and great at communicating when i had issues with the check in form online and a personal item left after the stay. The check in process was super easy and relaxed as you just did everything at your own pace! Location was great, only a couple minute walk to the tube station that connected to all of london. Very nice stay in a great location for a gig at the Shepherds Bush Empire

It was a newly built hotel and the rooms although small were well planned with excellent facilities. The shower was just lovely clean simple and chic as was the rest of the hotel. Could not fault it Breakfast was really good with lots of choice and quality products. Will stay again and would highly recommend

Bed comfort was Okay.

Very comfortable bed in a very basic room which was just what i was looking for a short notice.

First stay at this hotel and for my needs I would highly recommend it, pro's we're.. Great location for Shepherds Bush empire and 20 min walk to Apollo, good size for single, comfortable bed, warm, good TV, felt safe, supermarkets very close, excellent shower. Cons... room top of building so stairs, slanted roof(attic)so head issues, toilet could only be used if sat down sideways.... Would I stay again "Yes" definitely, excellent stay and great value..would happily rate 5 star budget stay.

Nice traditional pub in lively London Bridge, with a restaurant serving good food The staff are fantastic Spacious clean room, quite noisy as it's above the outside seating area which is lively until late If you're out exploring London, and just need somewhere to crash, it's a good option

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!
