My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool....

"The room and the food were both good but the biggest is just that about no one speaks English there (I met just one who did. Of all the people, all were Asian except me. The hotel is huge and difficult to navigate Posting more directional signals would be a big benefit. "

It may not be the newest hotel, but we've been to neighboring giant hotels, and in terms of comfort and luxurious, relaxed living, we know Sofitel is the best! "Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"

"This is my second time here. Great breakfast buffet! So many options, my family enjoyed a lot. Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean… Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around."
