"The building and its amenities were excellent. The pool was beautiful, the beach was amazing, and the staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and professional. The valet service was efficient, and the hallways always smelled fresh and clean. We also appreciated that the stovetop vent hood worked very well. Unfortunately, the listing was not accurately represented on the website. We believed we were booking a hotel, but instead it was a privately owned unit with no housekeeping service. Before booking, we repeatedly confirmed that the unit would comfortably accommodate six adults, but the sleeping arrangements did not meet that expectation. The unit was also missing basic essentials. There was not enough toilet paper provided, there was no broom to sweep the floors, and the washer and dryer were not very effective, especially the dryer. One of our biggest disappointments was the beach setup. For a reservation of six guests, only two beach chairs and two beach towels/covers were provided, which was inadequate for our group. Overall, the building itself is wonderful, but the listing should be much more transparent so guests know they are renting a privately owned unit rather than staying in a full-service hotel and can have realistic expectations about the amenities provided."

"Very clean and a great location. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable. Over communication regarding policies and checkin procedures. The floors are beginning to warp and would stub your feet if barefoot. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the apartment but we couldn’t set them up where the rentals were and had to walk further down the beach."

"The apartment was very crisp white and clean. Minimal decorations but nice. A little beach decorations would go along way. Good side of ocean view and back entrance leads right out to the beach. Also a place to wash off salt and sand before going back inside the building. Valet was friendly and quick. The kitchen was more spacious then i thought but needed some tubbawear and sharper knives. The papertowel holder was broken and I reported it to them upon arrival. GREAT line of communication. Probally the best I've ever had with a VRBO experience. I would def rent again from them. Overall I would give this place a 9 out of 10."

"Hotel was a typical Doubletree. Was not recognized as a Hilton Honors member assumably because I booked through VRBO. Our room was clean and housekeeping did an excellent job. There did not appear to be enough staff to ensure they were clean towels at the pool, though the hut was not staffed during pool hours. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels were included but first come first serve. We loved that the pool overlooked the intercoastal waterway. The beach was only a five minute walk. My only complaint is that there is not a lot to do near the hotel. Mostly hotels and condos. No restaurants and shops within walking distance."
