"The staff was great, the room had a great view of the ocean, clean and full of everything thing you need. Resort fee of 35.00 plus 13% tax was a little too much. There are two pools, one facing the driveway and one on the 6th floor that did not have enough lounge chairs with umbrellas. For the amount of the resort fee (48.00 with tax a day) there should be some formal dining options on the property. The cost for parking (45.00 a day with tax) was also too much. The apartment however was beautiful."

"The building and its amenities were excellent. The pool was beautiful, the beach was amazing, and the staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and professional. The valet service was efficient, and the hallways always smelled fresh and clean. We also appreciated that the stovetop vent hood worked very well. Unfortunately, the listing was not accurately represented on the website. We believed we were booking a hotel, but instead it was a privately owned unit with no housekeeping service. Before booking, we repeatedly confirmed that the unit would comfortably accommodate six adults, but the sleeping arrangements did not meet that expectation. The unit was also missing basic essentials. There was not enough toilet paper provided, there was no broom to sweep the floors, and the washer and dryer were not very effective, especially the dryer. One of our biggest disappointments was the beach setup. For a reservation of six guests, only two beach chairs and two beach towels/covers were provided, which was inadequate for our group. Overall, the building itself is wonderful, but the listing should be much more transparent so guests know they are renting a privately owned unit rather than staying in a full-service hotel and can have realistic expectations about the amenities provided."

"Very clean and a great location. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable. Over communication regarding policies and checkin procedures. The floors are beginning to warp and would stub your feet if barefoot. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the apartment but we couldn’t set them up where the rentals were and had to walk further down the beach."
