Air conditioning does not work properly. Get it together Crowne Plaza. Stephen was helpful and accommodating. But I definitely would not stay here during the hotter months. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat and desks. Once again, property is dated and air conditioning does not work properly. Rooms need an all over facelift and upgrade. The internal management is a complete mess. I booked a room but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. When I called the front desk, they assured me that a refund would not be an issue. Following their advice, I contacted the booking platform, but it turned out that a different department handles such matters, and the front desk failed to coordinate with them. This ultimately resulted in my cancellation request not being processed in time.
