Highly recommend a massage at the spa, which was incredible. The rooftop bar is good too! My only small point would be that the bathroom was looking a bit tired compared to everything else in this hotel. Otherwise, it was perfect."

Liked the location - short walk to cafes and the Lotte Centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice place to get away from the bustle of the Old Town for a few days.
