The hotel is located on Huai Hai Road very close to Xintiandi. It's great for shopping, business or tourists. The room was a service apartment with cooking facilities, a small sitting area and adequately sized separate bedroom. It's clean and generally well run. However try to bring guests to the restaurant for coffee over a meeting and it's impossible. The staff have a can't do attitude. They are not flexible and in fact are obstructive at times. The business lounge is small and not suitable for meetings with no privacy. Go outside to a coffee shop and have that meeting! Dry cleaning costs are reasonable in the hotel, but walk two blocks and save 50% by taking clothes to the cleaners yourself. Same with eat in meals. Call Sherpa's and order what you need for less cost. Overall the location beats many hotels in the city. It's convenient, clean, runs well and having a small American sized refrigerator for food is great. Just don't expect business facilities to be available. A small meeting room for about 3 hours costs an eye watering $650 with the pencils and a bottle of water included. Want coffee? Fruit? You know that's extra!

This apart-hotel is well located in the Jinqiao neighborhood of Pudong Shanghai. Nearby are very good western restaurants and coffee shops. It is a good location for business in Pudong. The only negatives to me are the very small bathrooms and the slightly hard beds. If you are claustrophobic, I would suggest avoiding this property. The staff is great. The room itself is nice enough. The exercise room is good. Breakfast is kind of mediocre.

This hotel is in a perfect location in the French Concession. Quiet, clean, modern and with a great staff who is helpful and couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast had a lot of choices. This is a full breakfast, not continental breakfast and the staff will make eggs to order. The rooms are spacious and clean and having a washer/dryer is an added bonus. The full kitchen would be great for families especially. There is a beautiful pool area and complete gym. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
