Angel & Royal Hotel
8/10 Good
"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking was helped by the hotel sending an email with the postcode so it was easy to find. The down side was being charged for overnight parking because we had not booked directly with the hotel. Breakfast was acceptable but expensive as there was no way to have a smaller breakfast at a slightly less price. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"For the price this was a solid over night stay. I didn't have breakfast as I left too early. There is a pub venue next door which is useful."

"This is an affordable gem in the centre of Stamford. The en suite room was ultra clean and a decent size with a fridge containing breakfast items and free parking. The owner was exceptionally helpful and even dropped us off at our party. We will return when we are visiting again. Thankyou!"

"a well kept hotel and friendly staff a few little niggly things wrong but not worth mentioning, very busy road outside would not want to have the window open at night, so fortunately it was cooler outside"

"Great little hotel in the centre of Oakham. Warm welcome XX and both breakfast and dinner were great. Car park is a bit small so get there early. Check out time is 10:30. Recommended "

"Staff just could not do enough for you when ever we asked a question. Free on site parking is a bonus and the eating / drinking in the courtyard is wonderful."
