We felt welcomed immediately, especially with a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. The kids in the group had fun in the pool, playing ping pong and soccer and seeing all the wildlife. He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations. "The garden and the pool are very well maintained. The host is very helpful and friendly. Some problems with the equipment were resolved very quickly. It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill. "Our host was the sweetest, kindest women any of us had ever met. She provided us with food and wine in our first night and ice cream and melons on our last. She was willing to drive us to the metro early so we could catch a train to the airport. My only regret was not having a car to get into town. The metro was ~2km and many taxis and Ubers didn't want to come to our location so we unfortunately missed out on some of our plans in central Rome."

"If I could write a novel about this place this would be the perfect place to do it. A traditional rustic farmhouse that simply has everything single thing you need and if not the lovely host will find it. The setting is glorious. The history is wondrous and the pool is to die for. This was truly the most magical holiday. I will say that I was totally dubious owing to the fact that there were no reviews but I need not have worried. Simply stunning in every way."

"Amazing property with spectacular views. Our host was fantastic. Getting to the house the first time is an adventure, but the town that sits below is cute with very cool stores and shops. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. We are thinking about coming back with our younger kids in a year or two, just an incredible vacation and place to stay"
