- Surfside Colony is a guard-gated neighborhood of beach-side homes located between Seal Beach and Huntington Beach, California. Easily accessed by freeway and Pacific Coast Highway, it is close to shopping, restaurants, theaters, golf courses, and such major attractions as Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, the Queen Mary, the Aquarium of the Pacific, and deluxe shopping at South Coast Plaza.
No home in Surfside is more than 75 feet from the beach, and the sound of the waves and salt tang of the breeze give this water-side community a unique marine atmosphere. The community has been a seaside destination for Southern Californians since 1929, and no two houses are alike. Our broad, sandy private beach is great for strolling and shell collecting.
Recreational possibilities include beach combing, surfing, fishing, shell collecting, swimming, wind surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding and kite surfing, and golfing. All of Southern California's major attractions are close by.
