Neighbors complained. If you’re planning on drinking and having fun, just be aware of the noise past a certain point. Other than that, the beach is a 10 minute walk away. The grandkids could walk from one place to the other. We used only two of the three bedrooms so we were a bit tight (our choice). The local beach was having an algae bloom so we went to Seal Beach and Huntington Beach, which are not far and very nice. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels.
