"Friendly staff. The rooms were clean, but the common areas especially the elevators were not cleaned even once during our two-day stay. There was sand in the hot tub, and the jets were barely working."

"Staff and housekeeping was exceptionally helpful. We accidentally left sunglasses in the room after we checked out and the staff helped us get them back. Rooms were very soundproof. We couldn't hear anything from other rooms. The open windows in the hot tub room were very appreciated to let cool air in the room. The hot tub could use some updates and the lighting in that room shines directly in your eyes. It was hard to relax in a hot tub with spotlights in your face. We ended up turning the lights off. I would recommend the hotel redirecting the light so it does not shine right into your face or replacing the lighting with something softer."

Executive - The Inn at Whistler Village

"Early check in is $29 and late check out is $39. It was nice that the staff could accommodate our early check in. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right in the middle of the village, steps away from anything you’d need. The room was nice and bright and the balcony had a great view of the mountains. Some other things to note: The restaurant il cameneto downstairs is great. They don’t hold luggage after check out if you have suitcases so that’s something to note. The tv is cable and chrome cast. The water pressure in the shower is non existent. They have a fireplace but to actually get it going, you have to buy wax logs from the desk, I’m not sure how much they are. Overall we would stay here again. The location is unbeatable and the room was quite nice."

"Liked the location of the hotel, complimentary coffee and fruits in the lobby. The king bed is comfortable but the sofa bed is not. The hotel is dated and the front desk staffs can be more friendly, like a smile and acknowledgement of the guests would be nice. Over price parking with no parking during thanksgiving weekend ."
