"An excellent bed & breakfast; superbly located near the town's biggest attractions. The room was bright and modern with a great bed and super-plush towels. The breakfast in the morning was a particular highlight; well presented, in a beautiful breakfast room. Everyone I dealt with at the property was friendly and very helpful; they are truly focused on providing an excellent experience for all their guests."

Pam and I were made very welcome and didn’t feel like outsiders at all. Brilliant decor and comfort. I would highly recommend Oliver’s Guesthouse

We had a brilliant stay at Brampton Dales Farm B&B, a working farm on the outskirts of the village of Upton. After a warm welcome from the owners and their many animal friends, we settled into a cosy, detached outbuilding of our own. We were given good advice on restaurants and local points of interest. Breakfast was plentiful and Hugh's homemade bread was magnificent! Thank you for a memorable break!

Perfect in every way, great location lovely gardens rooms were spacious and spotless and the continental breakfast was plentifull. The hosts live on the site and Kerry made us feel very welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and look forward to staying again very soon.

Fantastic host looked after us incredibly well, the place is right opposite the Lincolnshire county show ground, peaceful and quiet, we had a lovely walk up and down the bridal path.
The host is an artist and showed us her works which is very impressive.
The site has a new sauna and hot tubs for guests to enjoy.
The breakfast was brought to us at the time we chose.
Loved it and would book again if we are in the area.

Stayed one night for business trip. The room was perfect, exactly what I needed after a long day. Staff very friendly. Even though I had to leave early I could still have breakfast (previous places I stayed had a set time for breakfast). Will definitely stay at the poplars again. Highly recommend it.

Prices for B&Bs in Scotter often vary, but you can find a great deal from £40 with Expedia. All sorts of factors affect price, such as location and the time of year. It usually costs more to stay at Scotter B&Bs over the weekend too. Travelers can find the best deals by being flexible with their dates, and by using our filters to sort prices from low to high.
When is the best time to book a B&B in Scotter?
The best time to book a B&B in Scotter is during the late summer and early autumn months, particularly September. This period tends to attract a mix of visitors who appreciate the milder climate and the beautiful scenery as the leaves start to change. With temperatures often hovering around the low teens Celsius, it’s comfortable for outdoor exploration and leisurely walks through the charming countryside.
The peak season in Scotter runs from July to September, with July being the most popular month. During this time, you can indulge in various local events and activities, including agricultural shows and community festivals that celebrate the rich heritage of the area. The vibrant atmosphere is superb for those looking to immerse themselves in local culture while enjoying the pleasant weather.
For those looking for a more budget-friendly option, consider planning your visit in February. While this month is outside the peak travel season, it offers a unique opportunity to experience the tranquillity of Scotter during winter. Crisp air and quiet surroundings create a superb backdrop for cosy stays in a B&B, where you can enjoy warm hospitality and perhaps even a hot cup of tea by the fire.
What is the difference between a Scotter B&B and a hotel?
Every Scotter B&B has its own unique feel. Whether it’s a cozy reading space or a sunlit breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the quaint details are what make bed and breakfasts a home away from home. Travelers can look forward to personal touches, thoughtful amenities and of course a scrumptious breakfast at Scotter B&Bs.
