"The room upon check-in was still dirty. The fridge had old food in it from a previous guest and the desk has visible filth not wiped up. The bathroom still had facial hair shavings around the sink so overall made me question the cleanliness of the room. Upon complaint the staff acted quickly and came to remove the old fridge food and wipe down the table. I didn’t realize this hotel was so close to many hospitals so had constant sirens which made it difficult to sleep throughout the night. My kids loved the pool and games room! They ask you to sign into the one kids room which asks way too much personal information considering you need a key card to enter and I was not comfortable providing this information."

"Room wasn’t the cleanest. Sofa bed had chips from previous guest under cushions, table by desk had food all over it. Not very sound proof, kids running and yelling up and down the hallway a good chunk of the evening. I get that kids need something to do and wasn’t when we were trying to sleep but very loud and distracting from our room. "
