"We were not told we were upgraded to a buffet breakfast and went to the bistro breakfast. There seemed to be a lack of communication. The balcony was in terrible condition. Probably because of expected renovations but not great to look at. "

I get that kids need something to do and wasn’t when we were trying to sleep but very loud and distracting from our room. "
