The kitchen / living room overlooks a large terrace on the main and side façade of the villa where it is possible to have lunch and dinner enjoying a view that sweeps across the beach and the pine forest of Sampieri.  
  
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa where there are 4 other apartments. It has an independent access which can be reached by climbing two flights of stairs that separate it from the street level.
