The location of this hotel was centrally located and right in the Riverwalk. The people were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and we lived the layout with the sitting room separated from the bedroom. The hotel seemed a bit older but it was clean and we had everything we needed.

The property was beautiful but my check in was lacking a lot of information; breakfast times, location, available amenities were not explained to me but the staff was nice and professional. The property was beautiful and my room was a great location. The items in the room such as shower steamers being a charge per use was very disappointing for such a distinguished brand as Hyatt! Overall the room was nice & very clean! 10th floor had a decent view, breakfast with a view was nice; too windy for outdoor eating though.

The Place was right of the highway a bit left off the road near the Sea World. It is lined up with Texas Limestone and lots of Mesquite trees and ligthing. Went drove into the Round a bout and called for the Concierge. He came to greet us very quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. Place is full of wildlife running around and the rooms where very nice and comfortable.
