There was no luggage locker available, there are significantly fewer lockers than rooms available. No staff on site at any time to assist so had to pay to store luggage elsewhere. "Dikker & Thijs was wonderful! I had to unexpectedly change my plans due to weather conditions canceling my flights and the staff was very helpful and considerate. Every staff member I interacted with during my stay was lovely and welcoming! The room was very cute and the location simply can’t be beat. You can walk to everything you want to see and if you need to use the tram, there’s one right out front. Despite the tram being so close and it being close to great bars and restaurants, the rooms were very quiet and we had a room facing a canal/street so I was expecting more noise. I can’t wait to go back to Amsterdam and I’ll definitely be staying at Dikker & Thijs again!"
