Great apartment, the bed was incredible and very comfortable. The BOB team are very responsive and everything is easily accessible. I will be returning to stay when I next visit Amsterdam again and would recommend the stay.

Nice room, clean, good kitchen and shower, but TV remote control missing and air conditioning didn't work. Difficult to find property and inadequate directions supplied. Check-in complicated. Located in a derelict industrial area and a long way from public transport.

The hotel is away from the centre but thankfully easy by bus to get to. The area is a bit nondescript and gets deserted at night. The room was stunning and impeccably clean. The kitchen was spacious and fully kitted. I previously stayed in other Bob W’s and having a front desk was a welcome change from the impersonal service. I was also thrilled to have free access to the gym and laundry room. My only complaint and suggestion is that they to do away with ‘alternative’ means of access and to just have key cards. A 6 digit code (plus #) to get in the hall and the room is unbelievably cumbersome. Also please get the front desk people comfortable chairs.

My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay with Bob. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be coming back. Communication was excellent, the room had everything we needed (and more!) and the area was quite close to a grocery shop, the metro and different cafes/restaurants.

Great family weekend stay

We had a great stay at the Amsterdam Bob W. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, using the great WhatsApp messaging service. We requested refills of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and the housekeeping was excellent in getting them to us. The only constructive feedback I would give is that the mattress is very firm. The studio is perfectly equipped and minimalistic.

Nice for vacation stays

Had a nice time in Amsterdam. Location is a short walk to the ferry over to Amsterdam Centraal, though not much to do immediately around the hotel itself. Amenities were very nice, like having a whole apartment. Only downside is that our pull out sleeper was broken so two of us had to sleep at an angle. There were no other rooms available at the time of our stay so unfortunately we had to deal. It was really a great stay other than this mishap. I would say better for smaller groups rather than our foursome. Very clean, self service restocks on basics, washers and lockers were a plus.

Loved Bob W. Stunning apartment complex, really good location - only a few stops on the bus to Amsterdam Centraal. The bus stop is right around the corner not even 2 minutes walk. I loved the little touches in the room like the stickers, the tote bag and the lil Polaroid camera that you can use and keep the pics (not the camera ofc so don’t pinch it 😉). The Bob W team left a lovely welcome note, the apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. You can also, use water bottles to take out and about with you to save buying water. The TV allows you to connect things like Netflix and Prime and you can also, watch normal TV channels. I was frequently messaged by the Bob W team during my stay to ensure I was happy and if I had any questions I could reach out at any point, if you’re needing extra blankets these can be found at -1 level in the washteria. I would absolutely without a doubt stay here again, the value for money was 10/10, the location and the style of the apartment, I couldn’t fault it. Highly recommend. I didn’t get the chance to try but close to Bob W is Brunchdale which serves amazing food and perfect little spot local to try.

This was our second stay at a Bob W. and it was a bit disappointing. Perfectly fine and a good value, but was missing the special touches (wall tapestry was missing from room, room was only made for 2 people instead of 4, and other details).

Nice clean apartments and service at the check-in was really friendly. Unfortunataly rooftop terrace with pool was not owned by the hotel so that was surprising. Pictures gave an idea that they were available for the hotel customers. With addional fee to the bar/sauna you can enter the rooftop but there are limited availability and during our stay they had private events so it was almost impossible to use their services.

We stay with our kids 15 and 13. Be aware that the pool on the rooftop is 18+ and with they charge a fee for a few hours. The pool is on the same building but it's not part of the hotel. A big surprise and disappointment!! The fridge didn't stop making loud noises. We asked a few times to please fix it or change us to another room but they didn't do anything about it. We liked the location, it let us explore the city and the countryside

I did not like the fact that there was no daily cleaning and you had to get supplies for yourself from the communal room. Also, our room was not ready by 3pm and they made is wait for 1 hour. They also charged me 70 Euros for a microwave plate that could easily cost 15 Euros. That is like the cost of a new microwave? The location is also not convenient. You have to walk 10 minutes to get the ferry to Central.
