It was a beautiful property and very well maintained. Staff was wonderful and so helpful. Location was fantastic and scenery was beautiful. Over all it was a wonderful experience. Will be back again!

We had an excellent stay. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. They give you everything you need for a perfect getaway weekend. The happy hour drink every night was a great perk. Clean beautiful and safe location!

Hello, All let me Just say our stay at the Breaker Inn was a very amazing experience, the service was a Check especially Timothy I called him tim he was Amazly, kindly, friendly and Such a gem beside him getting frustrated with us buying our own fan then offering us 2 of his own he and his staff were amazing and friendly I Aritha, legend and Kyle Had the best time of our lifes and WE will be BACK.

This hotel was amazing. You can’t beat the view and location. Right on the beach. Rooms 10, 1 and 2 have the best views. It’s just an inn, not a hotel, and there isn’t much by way of bar / restaurant nearby during the first half of the week, so plan accordingly. But Tuesday nights there is a free raw bar (!!) and every night a happy hour from 4-6. Just no dinner options or lunch. Coffee and muffins every morning. The best part is they give you a beach wagon with everything you’d need for a day on the sand. I’ll be coming back again!

The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean and were wonderful! The house is unique, and that there are many living spaces in which you can relax, read, see the sea. Loved it!

Everything about this inn is perfect. The property is beautiful - grounds, the exterior , the many common areas, and the rooms; the beachfront location, ocean views and proximity to Portland are amazing; the amenities - bicycles, beach towels, water bottles, etc - are great; and staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property. It is in the top ten of all Inns we have had the pleasure to visit. We appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional location. Views and sounds of the mighty Atlantic Ocean are everywhere. The property manager was especially kind and shared many conversations. We hope to have another relaxing respite here soon! A great experience from start to finish! We loved hanging out in the common areas and the charm of the Breakers. The beach was easily accessible and the complimentary chairs were nice. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful Inn with the perfect location! The staff was on the younger side and not particularly attentive (I.e. helpful). There was easy maintenance items overlooked such as replacing the commode insides to prevent water from running (parts looked ancient inside and an easy fix). Also, the bathroom was minuscule, as one might expect in this age of property, but the room was clean, comfortable and you couldn’t beat the view. All in all we’d stay again, thanks!
