"Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Clean rooms. Very central and within walking distance to all major attractions. I did the breakfast on my last day. It’s 95 DK and a buffet with great selection. I enjoyed it. The lobby is nice and spacious with plenty of space for seating while waiting to check in/out. I used the AeroGuest App and check in was seamless and I had a digital key and was also able to check out through the app as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel is in a great location restaurants, theme park and shopping centre close by. One the bus route from the airport so easy to get to. Room was a good size and was clean but did not feel very fresh. Terrible drainage issues in shower which resulted in a room change. New room was fresher but unfortunately the drainage issue was not resolved. Anytime someone used their bathroom our bathroom would smell. We resorted to covering the drain when not in use to reduce the smell. Breakfast selection was lovely, lots of choice for everyone and things were replenished quickly. Staff were very nice throughout our staff but we would not return or recommend. Our final days of our trip were noisy and chaotic due to the hotel being overrun with children on a soccer camp. There was nowhere to escape in the communal areas, the lifts were constantly blocked due and the breakfast hall was super busy. I personally felt that it would have been better if one of the breakfast rooms was assigned to the soccer camp and normal residents could use the second room. I reached out to the hotel after our stay but had no response and had to go through hotels.com to resolve my complaint. If you are seeking a hotel with a spa facility then I would recommend Jaczy which has a fun vibe whilst maintaining a level of relaxing. "

"This space is exactly as described, so people who say it's small need to read the description. It states the size of the cabin in sq metres. For us it was affordable, more so than a youth hostel and we didn't have to share a bathroom. It's well placed right next to the bus station and within a 25 minute walk to the old town. We also had a lovely view of the canal. For budget accommodation in Copenhagen we couldn't have asked for better. Yes it's small but functional and clean. I would stay again."

"A fantastic hotel. The rooms we very clean. We had a great view from our room, looking out over the waterfront, with snow covered hills in the background. However, I believe that some rooms looked inwards over the hotel lobby. The hotel is spotleiclean and the huge hotel lobby has many features. The staff were supremely helpful and friendly, but at the fear of singling one in particular out - a big shout out to Olga, for whom nothing was too much trouble, a real credit to the hotel. The hotel is just a little way out of downtown Reykjavik, but there are 2 bus stops nearby, and the bus ride is only a few minutes into the centre. If I go back to Reykjavik in the future, then without hesitation, this is the hotel I would look to book."
