Im großen und ganzen gut, nur der Anfahrtsweg ist etwas schwierig. Mit einem tiefen Auto nicht zu bewältigen. Wunderschöne Landschaft!

FUYEZ !!! Sinon courage ….

Je n’ai jamais rencontré une telle accumulation de désagréments.Le lieu de vacances à proximité d’un chantier décidé par la propriétaire. Malgré ce désagrément important elle met en location. pratiques inacceptables dans le seul but de faire du profit au détriment des vacanciers Autres désagréments : wifi instable et faible, Tv satellite défaillante. moustiquaires aux fenêtres mal posées, chemin très difficile pour les voitures et mare à moustique mal entretenue à proxi.Propriétaire indélicate

Le logement : Sympathique au premier abord ,avec des grandes pièces, mais dommage, pas soigné, pas entretenu. (les vitres pas nettoyées, de grosses toiles d'araignées au plafond pas enlevées, la poubelle cassée). Piscine écologique, pas entretenue, elle n'entretient que les moustiques nous sommes envahis et piqués pendant notre sommeil. En contre partie ,très beau point de vue du paysage toscan de la terrasse.

Charme authentique, à la situation idéale pour visiter Florence et la Toscane. Malgré les grosses chaleurs, le gîte était très agréable par sa fraîcheur et l'utilisation libre de sa piscine naturelle. L'accueil par la propriétaire était parfait, facilité par sa connaissance du français.

Tranquillité

La maison est un peu éloignée nous devons prendre le véhicule a chaque fois et le chemin pour y accéder tres difficile. Aucun prospectus pour les lieux à visiter. Piscine très mal entretenue (glisse beaucoup). Les moustiquaires en très mauvais état. Tout était dans son jus. Pas un petit mot d'arrivée, pas de petit cadeau de la région à notre arrivée même pas d'eau dans le frigo a notre arrivée. Nous avons du lui acheter des bouteilles sur place. Un peu déçue mais endroit très tranquille.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung unweit von Florenz sucht,kann keine authentischste Unterkunft finden. Inmitten der toskanischen Hügel findet sich diese idyllische Unterkunft. Man ist direkt zuhause,was sicher auch an dem zwanglosen und netten Empfang durch die Besitzerin gelingt! Der Schwimmteich ist ein Traum und stets erfrischend. Also rundum eine tolle Unterkunft,beste Vorraussetzung für einen gelungenen Urlaub. DANKE nochmal an die Besitzerin, ihren Sohn und Nada!!!

Toskańska stara willa z dala od cywilizacji

Przestronne mieszkanie urządzone z szacunkiem dla starych detali, usytuowane w wiekowym gospodarstwie na wzgórzu, w otulinie zieleni i cyprysów. Idylliczne widoki, naturalny basen ekologiczny, jednak z dość chłodną wodą (niekoniecznie dla dzieci). Cisza i spokój, nienarzucająca się gospodyni. Piękna część wspólna dla gości, która jednak dla mieszkańców mieszkań pozostała zamknięta :( Na miejscu gospodyni udostępnia także pokoje w formie XXX na krotki wynajem, głównie korzystali z nich Włosi. Ostry podjazd na wzgórze. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Toskanii.
