Just a stone's throw from Porta Romana, San Gaggio Apartment is located in one of Florence's most exclusive residential areas, just outside the historic center, on the first floor of a quiet condominium (19 steps).
With two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room loft, and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to five people.
Located in Oltrarno, in a strategic position just outside the old city walls at Porta Romana, this delightful, recently renovated apartment will allow you to spend your vacation close to the main attractions of our wonderful Florence, such as Ponte Vecchio, just a 20-minute walk away, and the Boboli Gardens, just 10 minutes away, but away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center and the main tourist circuits. 


Upon entering the apartment, we find ourselves in the spacious living room, furnished with a large table and chairs, sofa, and TV.
The large kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner whenever you want.
The living room opens onto a terrace with a parasol, table, and two chairs, where you can enjoy a quick lunch or breakfast in the open air. 
A staircase leads from the living room to a loft with a sofa bed for one person.
The sleeping area has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a double sink and a large walk-in shower.
WI-FI, air conditioning, and heating are included.
The favorable location makes the apartment ideal for those traveling by car or public transportation, for those who want a base from which to enjoy the city's nightlife and the surrounding area.
Crossing Porta Romana, just a 5-minute walk away, you will find yourself immersed in the history of Renaissance Florence.
This area, the Oltrarno, is an integral part of Florence's historic center and includes the famous districts of Santo Spirito and San Frediano, home to monuments, gardens, museums, and monumental palaces that are unique in the world. Such as Palazzo Pitti (the sumptuous residence of the Medici family) with its splendid Boboli Gardens, the Basilica of Santo Spirito, the Bardini Gardens, together with the workshops of artisans, goldsmiths, and restorers.
