"Nice and clean, well decorated but small. Very noisy road, and very hot throughout our stay. As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Took coffee bags with us as no coffee maker, as per previous reviews. Power shower was pretty weak but sufficed. Very small...

We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car. "This cottage was the absolute perfect get-away for a long weekend with family and friends. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need to enjoy your stay (blankets and pillows for comfort, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pots and pans etc. in the kitchen). "Very well thought out new build extension, built to a high standard, and comfortable. We had a relaxed mini-break and enjoyed staying here. Plenty of local places to eat but we didn't go much further than the Recruiting Sargeant which is excellent. The only negative is the busy road out front but even that isn't a big deal."
