However the cleanliness of the house was awful. I made them aware when we arrived. The house was even ready for early check in at 2PM. They kept saying they were contacting the local host & no one ever reached out. Asked if they could have someone come in & I declined due to already being settled. Still have yet to hear anything from anyone. All of the beds were nasty. I had to go buy sheets and rewash the comforters. The master does not have a mattress cover on it and the mattress is filthy (I always check beds where ever I go as soon as I arrive). I used the microwave later that night & it wouldn't open. So I reached out about that & they recommended I unplug the microwave & then try to open it .
