Staff was friendly and clean was clean. The only caveat is the (1) breakfast is very limited (no fruits or hot food, such as eggs, ham, or bacon; instead, just cold cereal and no yogurt or fresh orange juice), and (2) the treadmill in the small exercise kept on tripping the circuit breaker after a few minutes of usage.

The key cards for the rooms were horrible. I even complained. When it took several tries to try and get in the room with 2 different cards. Other guest were complaining as well. The front desk said they were upgrading soon. Thats great.but how about getting in the rooms now. What a pain

We stayed here as a stopover before hitting New Orleans so thankfully didn't need to stay any longer. Not sure why it has an 8.2 rating. The receptionist on arrival was rude, no please or thank yous, very abrupt, I felt like I was an inconvenience, even my kids commented on how rude she was! For a huge chain like Wyndham, there should be standards to uphold, management need to sort their staff out, I would think twice about booking any of their hotels again. The hotel had a strong, really overpowering floral cleaner smell, maybe masking something as there was a strong smell of weed on our floor despite it being non-smoking. Room was OK, very tired looking and rough around the edges. Didn't even hang around for breakfast. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Easy check in with no problems. Friendly desk person. Clean facilities overall and room had no problems. Decided to extend stay one more night. Highly recommended.

The staff were very nice and the bed was comfortable enough but breakfast was sorely lacking—there was no butter (for either bagels or grits), no juice, and the coffee was pretty bad in taste. But it’s a bed & shower for less than we’ve paid elsewhere.

Stayed on the 3rd floor, people up all night til 2am making noise, running up and down the halls, banging on walls. Notified the staff, nothing happened, they walked the floor the morning after, AFTER people had checked out.

Did not feel safe while we were unloading and the pictures were deceiving online. We decided to move to a different hotel. We were denied refund/partial refund even though we never enter room. Now we know and will scope the property ahead of time before booking.

The staff is very courteous and professional. The only thing they could improve upon are the grills. They used to be clean and in working order and they are definitely a plus for travelers. Either repair/replace them, or remove them from the patio and listing of property amenities.

Immediately when I first walked in I noticed how good it smelled. It was the holiday season so, the smell of spice and cinnamon made me feel warm and welcome. Then I was greeted by a very friendly Front Desk Attendant. The check-in process was very easy and quick. The waffle makers worked seamlessly and the buffet area was clean. My only issues were that our door continuously got jammed and on the morning we were leaving there was a roach on the cabinet. I don't fault the hotel because it's the south and it was really warm when we went. Roaches/water bugs come out of nowhere whenever it gets warm. All in all, its a very simple easy hotel which is great when you have kids.

I didn’t like the toilet that wasn’t properly cleaned or all of the dust in the entire room. Also, the comforter felt like a sheet.
