Frigobar não funcionando, TV não funcionando, Internet não funcionando, quarto extremamente úmido, perigo de queda no quarto, o bebê resvalou várias vezes na umidade, muita água mesmo no chão. O café da manhã salvou da decepção total, nível mediano com o básico de um bom café da manhã de hotel, mas tudo limpo e gostoso!

A equipe de marketing precisa atualizar as informações no site: como distância do Hotel para cidade de Rolante. Não é 19,19 km. Da uma distância de 63 km como segue foto em anexo do Google Maps. Nós que estamos a trabalho, achando que era 19 km distância. Nos decepcionamos devido cansaço ter que enfrentar Serra de 1:15h e no outro dia ter que voltar. E o chuveiro por ser um local frio, deveriam oferecer ao hóspede um chuveiro de qualidade, sem pressão de água, e se colocar pressão a água fica fria. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, e nos disseram que todos quartos os chuveiros eram assim. Ou seja banho de 5 segundos por conta do frio, e ser um pinga gotas. Fora isso ambiente aconchegante. Mas não condiz com quarto de luxo como está na especificação.

Infelizmente o hotel nos quartos que ficam afastado da recepção não pega o Wi-Fi Terrível .. pois uma coisa básica não tava funcionando. Café da manhã péssimo tb.. o café da manhã mais simples e coisas parece que estava sendo reaproveitadas. Acredito que o hotel já foi bom algum momento .. mas não indicaria de forma alguma pra ninguém hoje. Fora que nos quartos nem interfone tem pra falarmos e tirar dúvidas na recepção .. temos que ir caminhando que fica uns 50 a 100 metros mais ou menos pra ir lá tirar dúvidas .. pq não tem interfone. Então .. não recomendo em nada !

A localização é muito boa. O quarto que estávamos tinha o básico porém condiz com o valor pago que está baixo das demais pousadas. O café da manhã é bom e estava de acordo com as espectativas. O atendimento é simples porém eficiente. E as instalações de uso comum são lindas, grandes e pouco aproveitadas no período que estávamos lá.

nosso quarto "luxo" o chuveiro era elétrico com pouca vazão de água, o colchão de casal muito velho, acordei com dor na coluna. O lixo do banheiro sem tampa aberto ficou os 2 dias lá sem ser trocado ou recolhido. No café da manhã a omelete com cabelo dentro. O abastecimento do cafe todo feito sem touca e dentro da cozinha também. Não condiz com as fotos do anúncio o quarto que ficamos.
