"We had organised to arrive at the property before the 3 o’clock check in and leave our cases but the lady at reception who let us into the building was very unwelcoming - the young lady that was there was very nice though . The room was in the ground floor and next to the lift . There are c32 rooms and we could constantly hear the guests entering the building ( really loud every time the door shut) then the mouse from the lift was horrendous .
