"The perfect sized hotel by the sea! Personal service that the big chains, where I often stay, cannot match. Always got the feeling that the owner sincerely cares about the customer and that the importance of the almighty $ is down the list. Amenties like a bathrobe, beach towel, quality toiletries, mini bar... that you would only expect at a much more expensive hotel, are provided, along with a very good buffet breakfast."

"È sempre piacevole soggiornare in questo hotel però ultimamente lo stanno trascurando un po' troppo ed è un vero peccato. Ad esempio per questa volta avevamo una splendida suite al piano Terra addirittura con due bagni però il bagno al piano di sotto non funzionava lo scarico del wc ed il bagno al piano di sopra aveva la vasca idromassaggio in condizioni pessime. Ruggine, calcare e muffa nelle bocchette e nello scarico. Peccato perché per ambienti, posizione e cortesia del personale andrebbe...

"The hotel is in a great walking area but difficult for a car/parking. The bed was very uncomfortable and there is little in the room - no cups, no coffee, no fridge. The staff at the desk were not very welcoming no “Welcome to the hotel”” or “did you enjoy your stay?”. They do have a great breakfast and the area is authentic old town."

"The room we had was spectacular. The location is great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the tub drain stopper in our room got stuck so the water wasn’t draining properly. We had to ask for staff’s help a few times. We were offered a change rooms but the other room was smaller so we decided to stay. It was a minor issue. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. "
