Buon Hotel and Paolo were perfect for our quick visit to Bologna. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Paolo were extremely helpful and provided many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He also helped arrange a taxi for us to the train station. Would recommend staying here!

The room was immaculate. The staff was very accommodating and helped bring our luggage upstairs. I thought the property had an elevator and when we arrived and heard our room was 4 flights of stairs, I was concerned for my husband who was fighting a fever/cold. Without asking they moved us down one floor. I was extremely thankful for that.

A super-friendly little hotel, well-priced and well located in Bologna, close to the sights and some great coffee shops/bars. The room was a little old-fashioned but comfortable and clean. The bathroom likewise was a bit small but did the job for a short stay. Thoroughly enjoyable stopover in Bologna.

Great small hotel in the city centre

Lovely, small and functional hotel. Certainly not a full a full service property but it’s not at all required for a short weekend away enjoying the city. Great location near to the centre and surrounded by great bars, restaurants and gelato stores!

Very nice clean hotel, was a little disappointed that all the reviews I read prior to booking, praised the breakfast, but there was no breakfast available during my stay. I congratulate the hotel on being eco friendly.
