"The Symphony Suites is an 11 room boutique hotel on Santorini with world class views of the cauldera. The rooms are elgantly appointed, comfortable bed, and American sized bathroom. Our suite had its own hottub. Customizable breakfast is brought to your room at a time of your choosing. The staff was phenomenal, especially the manager Georgia. The breakfast served in the room each morning was amazing; they even packed us a breakfast for our early flight and arranged a taxi for us. One of our party is Celiac and once the breakfast staff realized this, they went out of their way to ensure they had gluten free items for breakfast the following morning.
