"I liked how our room was cleaned everyday when we left. It was so nice to come back to a freshly made bed, new towels, and the sand in the room was cleaned up! This was very nice, and staff did an excellent job. I also liked how check in and check out was easy and the lady who helped us at the desk at the time for both check in and check out was very nice and helpful! Our check in was for 4 pm but we got there a couple hours early and our room was ready for us so we got to go right to our room. The front desk lady also gave us a map of the place and showed us where we needed to be. She explained our fees to us such as the added resort fee and the $250 hold that went to the room in case you charge any food or drink to your room number. We got the $250 back at the end of our stay since we did not make any charges. There was a fee of $30 something a day called the resort fee which we really didn’t know what that was for.. and seemed a little annoying to pay that on top of what we already paid them to stay there. We also enjoyed the hotel key card wrist bands to get into the room. Our AC in the room worked great and we utilized the mini fridge in the room as well. Easy access to the beach was amazing. When we checked out, our flight was not until later in the day and the front desk held onto our bags for FREE while we spent the day at the beach! The food trucks/ restaurants/ bars on site were very convenient as well. We loved the wash off station for sand! Close to the pier!"

"At check-in at 430pm the room was not ready until 2 1/2 to 3 hours later. Then we were given a room that only accommodated 2 persons and we booked it for 4 persons. Other guests were also having the same problem getting their rooms. Once we got the room everything was fine. The ice machine for the 3rd floor wasn't working, we saw them fixing it on the day we were leaving. Breakfast was good. The pools were clean and warm. The entrance to the beach was great and the property was well-maintained. Upon check-out I let them know that I was not going to pay for the parking, this was my bargaining chip for the inconvenience regarding the room, and they did so. I also received a coupon for a free pizza and VIP handbands for the other 4 properties to use their pools also, e.g the Hilton, which we didn't get a chance to use. The staff was very accommodating and helpful."
