This brand-new large home (Completed September 2023) offers plenty of space for the family, large bedrooms, spa like bathrooms and spacious balconies overlooking the water.

Upon entering the ground floor, garage level, you will find an elevator which will take you to all floors of the home making luggage carrying and grocery supplies a breeze. The main floor area includes the open, airy, and bright family room and kitchen area. It is the perfect spot to gather with families and enjoy a meal together while viewing the Santa Rosa Sound. The Main Floor also offers a Queen bedroom with a full bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). There is also a half hallway bath located on this floor.

Moving up to the expansive top floor, you will find 4 additional bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet).
