"The Island was great! Everything you needed was accessible with walking distance. The staff were friendly! The rooms were simple and clean! The beach was beautiful. I do wish that the beach chairs and umbrellas were free for hotel guests. Otherwise no complaints. "

"Enjoyed the amenities of the hotel. Pool was amazing and the easy access to the beach was great. The onsite restaurant had some tasty options. Our only complaint would be the breakfast options and parking. Not super impressed with what was offered for breakfast but we were easily able to adjust to getting breakfast elsewhere. I did not see where parking was $10 plus tax a night until I got my bill after leaving. I may have missed that information but wasn’t even told when checking in. We will definitely be back. "

"We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and such a convenient location to everything. I loved that you could take the elevator straight down to parking and beach access so it’s really easy to go to and from the beach if you need to. Beautiful view on the balcony. Loved that we could rent chairs and umbrellas already set up and good to go. It was really an enjoyable stay. Only complaint is you can hear the guests next to you if they’re very loud, not anyone’s fault just something to be aware of if that’s important to you when booking."

"The view from our room was terrible. We looked out on a green slimy roof. The Bonsai restaurant service was unacceptable. We never received our meal, paid for our drinks then went to the other restaurant where they compt our meal for the service we experienced in Bonsau"

"Everything great except bartending at indor bar on Saturday. Untrained and unprepared person put in position to tend bar. Not this persons fault. Management should not put a person in a position to serve drinks with no training. And they had no person to call to bar to assist even when i asked for to get someone to help her. Worst margaritas ive ever had. My complaint to Management was quickly noted but no action to remedy my bill or offer coupon or anything was offered. Wasted money on drink as o did pay for two of them. "
