"We had a very late check in but the lady was nice and answered our questions. Breakfast was great! Parking was free and easy. Pool was great! It was great to walk out straight to the beach. The only issue was the room smelled really bad, not sure what the smell was but it was definitely strong ."

"Loved the pool and lazy river but they seemed to need cleaning. Breakfast got old but they all do. Staff, including housekeepers, were great. Waiters were great at Beach Social were great as were the bartenders at the pool. Could definitely do without the woman blasting music at the pool Friday and Saturday. Ran people off including me. Pool should be relaxing area. Why charge for parking in an ungated property and never issue permits? Doors slamming at all hours was annoying."

"We were on the second floor and there was a very distinct oder of mildew in the hallway, the room itself was fine, no smell but we were all the way to the end of the hall so every time we came and went we had to deal with the oder. Also the walls are soooo paper thin, this year we had neighbors that kept their TV on until 2am when we addressed the issue with the front desk the next morning the woman was rather dismissive, but said they would call and speak to the occupants. That night we had the same issue. You could hear every word being said through the wall we actually knew the show and episode they were currently watching which was kind of amusing.. we called the desk and asked them to contact the room which they did, and they immediately turned down the tv But it seemed obvious they hadn't spoken with them as they said they would. Neither one of the desk clerks were warm or engaging just very minimal. Last year the staff was very nice. The lady that seemed in charge of the breakfast buffet was super sweet though she was very attentive to a disabled guest in a wheelchair and was very on top of keeping up with the flow of guests... the property just seemed a bit tired this year."

"This was our second time to stay at this hotel. The first time we stayed you paid for parking when you checked in, now you have to use your phone and pay a third party for parking. I feel like parking should be included with the price of your stay at this facility. We only stay one night. The elevator is very slow and the AC was not working in the lobby area. Our room was clean and it got very cold in the evening time. We did enjoy siting on the balcony of our room. We were in 102 and there is a very loud unit or compressor probably for AC outside in the breezeway. Very loud. I thought it was a little pricey compared to other areas I stayed at on this trip (as we were headed to Disney World to meet grandchildren)."

"We really enjoyed our stay! There was a nice breakfast in the mornings, everything was very clean and the staff nice. We went swimming in the pool every day and it was relaxing and enjoyable. The proximity to the beach makes it the best of both worlds and the white sand is absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay there again!"
