It’s flawlessly appointed with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. An open floorplan connects the kitchen, dining, and expansive living areas, providing the ultimate destination for your group. The living area offers high ceilings and abundant natural light. Luxurious furnishings and a gas fireplace make this polished-yet-welcoming area a perfect place to relax. The gourmet kitchen features premium appliances, including a 6-burner Viking gas range, Viking dishwasher, farmhouse sink, and a spacious 4.5 X 10.5 island.

The outdoor kitchen features Alfresco Power Burner & Bull Grill with access to the incredible pool area, featuring a pool deck, hot tub, and a heated pool. Cozy lounge chairs provide the ultimate place to enjoy a quiet sunrise or sunset. Beautiful backsplash over the outdoor kitchen. Italian Tile on the Lanai.

The "playroom” area is the perfect spot for kids. 3 built-in twin-size bunks and a sectional sofa with pull-out full/queen size bed with and a 70-inch TV.

Guests can choose from a variety of sleeping accommodations. The master features a plush king bed and a private bathroom with a glass-front shower, and a separate soaking tub. Built-in closet systems are large enough to store all personal belongings or the dressers in every room except the media room. There is a large storage furniture piece with a heavy lid. Adults use it only to lift the lid if they need to store anything in the media room. The piece is handmade.

The 3 guest rooms are all equipped with queen beds and built-in closet systems.
All guest bedrooms have one nightstand and a dresser.
