Beautiful private house with huge pool! Walking distance to beach & restaurants

4 bedroom house with a flex space/den that has a full size pull out couch. Can comfortably sleep 10 guests. The house has a giant 12 meter long pool and outdoor palapa shaded dining area.

Located in the best part of Huatulco, Santa Cruz. The house is less than a 10 min walk to one of the safest swimming beaches in the area.

If you want to explore, the national park is steps away with beautiful empty beaches and walking paths.

We have installed ceiling fans in all rooms including the outdoor palapa to keep you cool throughout the property.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and AC. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and smart TVs in each. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom between them. There are 4 bathrooms in the house.

The house is equipped with high speed Starlink satellite internet.
