Worked for us.
Hotel was fine for 1 night. Good location and friendly front desk. Room was a fair size and AC worked fine but being there were no blankets it was uncomfortably cold at night You couldnt sleep without the AC on.

Truly Mexican hotel very convenient location. A/c could have been better in the room, also lack of comfy chairs at the pool & in the room.

We were looking for cheap and cheerful with a pool and wifi in La Crucecita and this hotel delivered. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked. Please note no fridges or elevators. Two block walk to the main street and then another block to the main square so a great location.

Irma (afternoon staff receptionist) and all the others were super helpful. She helped with getting information about tours, setting up laundry, getting info. about local restaurants and getting a pizza ordered. The breakfast staff was also exceptional considering they had a small kitchen. Finally, very convenient to the city center.

Comfortable Budget Hotel
Stayed on a stopover for 1 night February 2018..Decent hotel and facilities. Room had AC and fan, small balcony. Nothing fancy but nothing wrong either. Average hot breakfast included. Paid about $50 Canadian for the night. Good value for the money.

Fantastic Value - brush up on your Spanish
Initially there was a problem at check in they gave us a double room instead of the king size I had booked. With the language barrier I was glad I had a print out of the reservation we then got the room we booked. The room has fabulous soft beds unlike most lower end Mexican hotels we have stayed at. The room was spotless. The value was fantastic. I had read previous reviews about problems with the breakfast "if you like eggs everyday you will be fine" I found that very misleading there was a minimum of 7 different options to choose from each day. Plus if you know how to ask the eggs can be ordered sunny side up or over with ham or sausage (hot dogs) The pancakes are served with jam. The serving staff is very friendly. If you don't know how to order these in spanish show a picture of what you want. The pool has no real place to lay out and no loungers but the little raised part up top is at just the right angle to lay in if you use the waterfall side as a head rest. Weekends are busier than during the week. The location is perfect only 5 blocks from the main square with lots of restaurants and if you don't want to walk that far Teresina is right next door the pasta is amazing. The other nice thing about this location is it is quiet at night. There is no elevator but the stairs have a ramp so your suitcase can easily roll up and not have to be carried. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone that isn't lured by the AI's

Great inexpensive hotel in town.
It was a great quiet place to spend a few nights. Close to the town square but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The room was very clean and had all the basics. Great value for the money. There is also a nice Italian restaurant next door.

Great Bang For The Buck
Smaller hotel located a couple blocks off the main plaza. Great bang for the buck. Large, clean and relatively modern rooms with AC, TV, Wifi and hot water. The pool is small and really only suitable for kids. Free breakfast is an added bonus. Friendly staff and enjoyed my four days. Beaches are a 15-20 minute walk or catch a cab for 30 pesos and be there in less than five.

Nice stay in quiet neighborhood.
The hotel is located in La Crucecita which is not near the beach, however, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, within walking distance to the plaza, the municipal market, several restaurants, you can take taxis to some of the different bays or "bahias" even walk to a couple of them, or take the bus and a taxi to Bahia de San Agustin, our favorite beach of all in the area. Breakfast was varied and generous, served with a smile! Staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Definitivamente la limpieza impecable, buen acceso y muy cerca a varios lugares, les hice observaciones el área de desayuno no permitan que los huéspedes tengan musica fue algo molesto , así como el que permitan que estén tomando, fumando y con música en el área de la alberca en la tarde, en el piso donde me asignaron habitación estaban unos jóvenes y con gritos y ruido aún siendo 2 de la mañana 😒,

Alberca muy cómoda y limpia, pero las almohadas estaban super duras y los colchones igual e incómodos, no tuve un descanso plácido, los podrían mejorar por lo que cobran por noche, en general un buen hotel sino tienes bronca en la comodidad de las camas, también execelente ubicación y super tranquilo , hay un restaurante italiano super rico a un lado del hotel, buena opción por si te enfadas de comer tlayudas.
