"This little farmhouse is 100 years old and still had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, nice showers and plenty of hot water. It gave us a taste of a life lived long ago. Views were beautiful and the town of Lucca was 20 minutes away by car. Shopping there is great. The farmhouse is remote, quiet, and in the middle of olive trees. Wi-Fi was good, and the parking was a nice amenity. Massimo provided us with a lot of local information which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"A clean, comfortable villa with a fantastic view. Enzo, Host, was very helpful in getting our group settled. He even went way out of his way to pick up part of the party from the station in Pisa. We used the very functional kitchen, the beds were comfortable and enjoyed the quaintness of the Villa. Only challenge was the road up the mountain - took some careful getting used to!!"

"We rented all three houses for 12 people, which worked very well. The grounds and the area are typically Tuscan, very charming and beautiful. The propertymanager is very helpful and available. The poolarea is particularly nice and the teenagers spent all day there :-) Nearby you’ll find Lucca, winetasting, hiking and many other activities. Highly recommendable."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed and comfortable house that easily accommodated the six of us. Paulo (the owner) could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The local town is a short ten minute walk through the woods where there are options for eating, drinking and shopping. We had an electric car (EV) and were pleased to find charging options within walking distance. Thanks to Paulo and family for facilitating such a lovely two week stay."

"Fabio was a great host making us feel so welcome bringing us fresh cherries and generally making sure we had all we needed. Accommodation and pool were great, not a heated a pool but on hot days that’s no issue. Location was perfect for us as it provided privacy, tranquillity and views while also only being a 15 min drive from a shop, train station which put Lucca, Pisa and Braga all within reach. We’d recommend lunch in Braga and dinner in Roggio - Perfecto! Don’t be put off by no air...

Great location that is both private for chill time (very spacious and relaxing yard, fantastic pool) and proximate to Lucca, wine tasting and other site seeing. "We booked Enrico's house for a summer trip over to Lucca and it looked so amazing, and had such a lot of outdoor space we had to ask whether it was all private or shared because we couldn't quite believe it. The property is an old smallholding with a farm building that has been completely overhauled so it feels more like a luxury hotel in Greece (beautiful concrete floors, lovely decor). "My spouse and I held our wedding here and it was beyond perfect. We are from the states and had a group of 20 join us for the weekend of our wedding. The villa was more perfect than we all imagined! The owners were very friendly and Marie the coordinator was amazing. Our wedding dinner was made by the owner and it was so delicious. "What an absolutely beautiful spot. The Villa was everything we hoped for and the view was spectacular! Cuoco Adriana made us a fabulous meal on our second night. The road down to the villa is a bit tricky but we mastered it on no time. Just be patient and slow. The location was perfect for our travels to Pisa , Firenze and Cinque Terre! Each doable in a day and back in time for a late dinner on the terrace. Make sure you leave enough room for the garbage man to turn around or you will hear him...

"Set inside a visitor park, at first we were disappointed by the location. It is actually behind private property signs in its own area (better fencing and signage would improve it). It is quiet (especially during the week) and with gorgeous views. The pool is a few strides from the house, rather than attached, but is pleasant and unusual. The owner was very kind and friendly and could not be more helpful - it is very welcoming. We had a fantastic stay, thank you."

"The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and we never tired of the superlative views across the valley. Diego and his dad are lovely and always available when needed. If I was to suggest an improvement, it would be a little more kitchen equipment - there was no sharp knife for cooking, no collander, few wine glasses and an oven tray that didn’t fit the oven. A small point that did not detract from a great week in a stand out property. Highly recommended!"

"We were a family group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers and had an amazing time at this beautiful villa situated in an amazing location. The villa itself is large and spacious and the amenities are ideal - good size bedrooms, ample kitchen / dinning area, basement pool table room (although pool table has seen better days). The garden is lovely, great outdoor dinning areas with BBQ and a lovely swimming pool, plenty of pool inflatables and also x2 adult bikes and x2 childrens bikes. However one concern...

"The road up is narrow and a little challenging but so worth the breathtaking views !!! The pool overlooking the hills and the manicured landscaping were top notch! We were close enough to a small town to enjoy the local restaurants good food, groceries and other towns to do day trips as well. The Villa had everything to make our Stay very comfortable. The little cottage allowed us two couples separate sleeping and bathroom privacy."

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
