One of the better keep rooms inside ive been at. Just the door wasn't very tightly closing when locked. I believe it needs a new frame !

Bedsheets and pillows had visible hair. Outdoor facilities were crumbling and had various folks loitering around after dark. Staff polite and sufficient for a quick rest overnight, but felt slightly gross.

Facilities were about what you would expect for a Motel 6 – clean room, moderately comfortable bed. Microwave and mini fridge worked fine. Only complaint was the cost - $230 for an average room is way too much, especially when compared to the $65 for the same room two weeks later. One advantage is that it’s only about three blocks from Meow Wolf, so easy walking distance.

Knew this was a budget property and paid extra to get a microwave and Fridge, but NO shampoo or hair dryer. Both beds against the walls so had to crawl over each other to get up :( My wife and were really stuffed up and had bad Head Aches in the morning & the room had a bad smell.

My room was not ready at check in time. It was not ready until 5:25pm. The staff were very professional and helpful despite being very understaffed at the time.

The room was alright for a couple of full sized mattresses, no refrigerator in the room, but it was clean and comfortable overall for a single night right before an eclipse.

The room was terrible and smelly. They told me I booked a smoking room, didn’t realize that but it reeked and they told me they were fully booked and could not change. The room was filthy, dirt and hair on floor, sheets previously used with hair still on them, blanket threadbare with holes and questionable smears on wall around bed, sink clogged. It was a horrible night. Lobby hot water was cold and neighbourhood sketchy. Beware!!!

The front desk help wasn’t friendly or very helpful. I have the official Colorado app for my id, it can be scanned and it is valid id! The room was paid for in advance and I also show her my physical debit card used to pay for the room still she was demanding a physical id from me so she had me go thru my luggage to get her one

The pool which was advertised on the Expedia site had no water & looked like it hadn't been functional in a long time. The hotel received misinformation from Expedia that I wanted a smoking room, which my Confirmation page showed I had not - fortunately they had non-smoking rooms available.

When I arrived there was a homeless man sleeping at the top of the stairs. He remained there all night. The room was ok for the price but it had little bugs everywhere. On the bedspread, floors and towels.

Sorry, but this was the worst Motel 6 I have been to, so far. Starting with the stairs up to the first level - the concrete is in really bad shape. The room was a dump. Breakfast is non-existant but you can pick up a cup of coffee at the reception. Air-condition is very loud and is very cold even in low position, blowing like mad. So you have to turn it off. A bum was sleeping on the first floor next to the stairs. So, definitely no recommendation.
