The home has been in the family for over 40 years and is approximately 1,750 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living spaces. The property invites you in with warm brick floors, 12 ft Vegas ceilings incorporating clerestory windows allowing for a natural lite room, built-in bookcases, and a cozy fireplace that creates an atmosphere of true comfort. The open layout has ample seating perfect for entertaining with options to socialize/watch a smart tv connected to YouTube TV/listening to music/ or reading.
