"Had multiple issues with my room. Bedding and sofa was very dirty. Customer service was ok and staff were very friendly. Nice to have access to both resorts. Food was just okay."

"Overall, the stay was decent and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, but the hot tub was dirty and needed attention—we had to notify staff about it during our stay. Once addressed, everything else was fine, and we still enjoyed the overall experience."

"We expected more for our money. We were there for 7nights Sat-Sat. There is nothing gourmet about this place. All inclusive but limited availability. They ran out of a lot of things, chicken tenders first night, macaroni, tequila, wine, hamburgers, and multiple menu items at all the restaurants and bars. The food we did have was barely mediocre. Different restaurants were closed multiple nights. The bath tub in our room would not hold water. We barely saw any characters. The main characters they have are, fairly odd parents, Patrick, Spongebob, 4 paw patrol members, Garfield themed and ninja turtle themed things. All in all it was not a relaxing time we felt very restricted, very much not on vacation time. We tried the spa for a couples massage while we paid for a baby sitter for our son. The massage was relaxing but way over priced. And our son came back from the kids club with a massive bruise on his chin. The TVs in the bedrooms did not even have a Nickelodeon channel to watch when we were in there.. I would recommend finding a normal resort with some kid activities and area. The “Nickelodeon” part of this place isn’t worth the extra money."

"The staff were outstanding, including Jenny and Jessica. It was a great experience, long needed and enjoyed. Just wish the sea was free of "the red stuff." The room was just lovely. Again, we cannot more highly thank your staff. Just wonderful! And the bartender at Magna deserves his own shout outs. We hope to return!"
