Some groceries left from previous tenants very helpful as we arrived before the shops reopened. My only comment would be is that the door key was tricky and took me a few tries to get it. "The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again."

Crescenzo and his son are great, very accomodating. They greeted us and went over in great details about the immaculate place. It was walking distance to the walled city of Lucca, the grocery store and an amazing bakery. Massimo was an excellent host, gave us good recommendations and knows the area very well. "Before we arrived I was a little concerned about the town and location. I couldn't even find the town on my map! As we approached the area in our car, we saw an interesting medieval looking town on a nearby hill. As it turned out, it was Vicopisiano. What a wonderful surprise! This little town was awesome. "The Apartment was perfect! I stayed with my Wife and Parents and the facilities and location were ideal, either for staying in and enjoying an evening on the balcony with some locally sourced food or nipping into the many piazza's that Luca has to offer. Right outside the appartment is a lovely cafe and next door a restuarant, we would highly recommend "nona's". I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Luca, that wants easy access to everything Luca has to offer!"

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
