"Staff I arrived very early to hotel with advance notice. I did not notice the reply to my request for early arrival. I spoke to on duty desk manager and asked if there was any way i could get into first available room . I waited and waited and waited and asked for a managers name after 3 hours waiting I was given a gentleman's name not on a business card but hand written note. After waiting another hour I came to front desk and was told that this was manager Cinthya Corona that was almost 5 hours of waiting at that point. I slept waiting in the pool area on lounge chair most of the time . I was finally given a room after almost 6 hours waiting. I have stayed at this location for many years and never had this experience ever. I'm platinum traveler on expedia and also member of fiesta rewards. I travel 2 times every month different locations. Not sure what can be done so this doesn't happen again."

"The room was great. Comfortable and clean. There are free water bottles in the room but no free coffee. The location prior to departure is unmatched, since the hotel is connected directly to Terminal 1."

"The room was huge, and very clean. Not a lot of amenities though, only 2 towels, we did get 2 more when we asked for them. No hair dryer, no drinking glasses, pen, paper or basic hotel type things. The room had a safe that didn't work and when I asked the check in clerk, she kind of shrugged her shoulder and said "Yeah they don't work." The hotel was a good location for what we wanted and like I said it was clean, so it worked for us."

"The property is close to downtown and has a metro bus stop very close. Breakfast in the morning is excellent all kitchen staff are very friendly and helpful especially I belive her name is Mary, she takes your room # and make sure all tables are clean and gueest questios are answer. Don Ramon is always friendly face that greet you at the door."

"The good and the bad, but the bad wins. With airport construction, the hotel is extremely difficult to find. There is no elevator for people with heavy luggage. We walked for half an hour trying to find our way through the labyrinth to locate the hotel entrance. Inside the hotel, the lobby is shabby and the hallway carpets smell like mildew. Reception staff never responded to my text questions. The good side: the breakfast. Excellent quality of diverse Mexican breakfast dishes, with equally excellent service. All in all I will avoid staying there again."
