Excellent staff courteous, helpful. Cleaning staff outstanding and efficient. Good location and safe. For families that stay two or more weeks I will say that their laundry facilities ) one washer and one dryer are quite deficient. You go not know how long the cycle is. The dryer stops every five minutes and never gets the laundry dry. Ice machines were not fixed after a week of being reported

The room was clean, but there were a few issues during our stay. The water pressure was quite low, and the AC did not maintain a comfortable temperature, so we had to turn it off and back on every couple of hours during the night. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, but unfortunately, the food was not very appetizing. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently connected to a shopping mall, which we enjoyed exploring. There is also an IHOP within walking distance, which was a great alternative for breakfast. Overall, the stay was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Everything about the actual hotel is nice, the business area though could use a bit of maintenance as the desks look old, other than that even though it is a busy area the hotel is very quiet allowing for a good night’s sleep. Very convenient parking in the mall and lot’s of dining options

Everything was good!

Everything was good. It’s a little tricky riding a separate elevator to the lobby, then to the room, then to go into the mall below but we got the hang of it. All staff were super friendly and anxious to please us. Buffet was delicious, workout room was good, rooms and bathrooms were great. Glad they had separate bin for recycling plastic.
