I think for the most part it’s very close and convenient if you need to go to the bank and restaurants and to visit the guadalupana.

Very clean room after house cleaning, and very respectable workers. The parking is a plus if you have a car or are renting one. Good AC unit in the room, my only complaint about the stay is the pillows provided. Some more supportive pillows would be amazing. If I ever come back, I'll know to bring my own from home. 8.5/10

The room was really clean, and they cleaned the rooms everyday around 12am. The AC kept the room nice and fresh. No microwave or mini fridge in the room. The staff was very helpful at there was always a person at reception for anything you might need help with. I didn't see the parking area, but I did notice the parking was inside, behind the building. About 4 blocks away from the basilica.

Cheap pricing, great location. Everything is at a walking distance BUT it gets way too noisy and you can literally hear someone snoring from 2 rooms away! Would I stay here again? Yes if I’m trying to save money. The room is pretty clean but both times I stayed here both times I found hair on sheets or ground, especially in the shower drain big hair balls. But the staff is nice. Beds are comfy.

The only positive point about this hotel was the location 2 blocks from the basilica and it was clean. Rooms are so small, no where to hang a towel much less your clothes. Literally nothing at all. No vanity to even lay out your toiletries. No amenities, no iron, remote tied to the wall. You can hear every sound. Conversations being held on the first floor from the 3rd floor. You have to turn in your key EVERY time you leave the property. Don't even try and keep it, they will chase you out the door for it.

Hotel was ok clean n tidy no face towel n shower mat, one thing I don't like about this hotel is you can hear the noise outside specifically if your room along the street, I mean too loud. Other than that it's very convenient going to basilica and a lot of restaurants near by.

Best thing is location to Basilica. They make you leave room key every time you leave! It's frustrating waiting in line for 5-10" to get your key each time. I know it's Mexico, but they do advertise they speak English, but I only came across 1 employee on the night shift. Rooms are clean, safe, hot water, AC worked well.
