The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The hallway to the room on the upper floor was extremely hot. The hot air was coming from the AC vents and not vented to the roof or outside the building. I think they were in the process of correcting this because a couple guys were working on it. There were no kitchen towels, but we had an extra hand towel from the bathroom that we used. The beds are also not very soft. We wanted extra coffee (only 2 pods per day were given) and asked the front desk for some. They wanted to charge extra for that, even though we didn't have our room cleaned that day. The hotel is in a nice location, but we still needed to use Didi or Uber to get all the places we wanted to go. Not close enough to walk to historical areas."
