"The second night we were there, we had to call the desk because of the noise above us while we were trying to get to sleep. The noise continued for about 45 minutes and it was about 11:30 in the evening. So we had to call down to the desk again, and because of shift change, the last shift, didn’t do anything about it and also did not tell the new shift.
